Merchandiser Set HC Full Time
This is your chance to help build the displays in stores where thousands of people will shop year-round. A full time Merchandiser Set HC works in new retail stores building out the aisles and displays before the grand opening. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and feel comfortable using tools for construction and home repair. You will assemble steel shelving, create displays, and merchandise products according to specification. Building the foundation of retail experience for shoppers at assigned locations. The Set Merchandiser works in new stores before the grand opening. This position requires the use of basic hand tools. You will assemble steel shelving, create displays, and merchandise products according to Plan-o-gram. In addition, you will place price signs and POP (Point of Purchase) materials.

• Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. This position will require extensive out of town travel 4 -6 weeks at a time and most of the work is from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday – Friday. Driving is an essential duty and function of this job
Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail
• 0-2 years of previous experience in merchandising a plus
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Software/Tools:
• Must be mechanically inclined and adept with basic hand tools
• Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
• Must demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others
• Ability to communicate with email and basic internet skills

Field / Reps Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
