Training and Project Specialist
This position is responsible for leading a variety of pilots and projects that support Talent Acquisition operations. This role will help from ideation through to implementation and follow up post implementation to ensure policies and processes are implemented successfully and adapted companywide. It is a critical role that requires the ability to manage change, communication and handle ambiguity. A significant amount of time is focused on the development and execution of training programs to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as any associate involved in the recruiting lifecycle.

Develop and implement a blended training program to drive the successful on-boarding and enhanced development of the talent acquisition team. Ensures managers are competent trainers for their new hires.
Develop and implement ongoing training designed to enhance productivity, improve accuracy, and facilitate cross functional teamwork within the recruiting lifecycle.
Maintain SME status within talent acquisition and applicant tracking system; staying up to date on all system enhancements and determining if new enhancements need to be communicated or trained to users.
Drive and support ongoing changes/releases to the applicant tracking system (and other technology based tools) through updating training and coaching materials.
Ensures projects have appropriate plans, timelines and clear ownership.
Establish a post training follow-up process to continually improve current performance through coaching toward career growth in alignment with individual development plans.
Measures adoption and establishes metrics for program implementations as well as new hire productivity curve.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Master's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business, Human Resources or related field
1-3 years of experience in full cycle corporate, high volume, retail and/or sales recruiting experience. - 1-3 years of experience in training, coaching and/or leadership role
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Interpersonal and organizational savvy, relates well to others, builds relationships with all levels, quick study with people
Understand company market positioning and branding to develop a compelling training program
Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment skills with a positive attitude, high energy and focused attention to detail
High comfort level using technology, ATS, MS Office, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and creative recruitment techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present, train, influence, network and negotiate
Strong entrepreneurial attitude including drive for results and proven ability to stay focused on goals
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to mentor and train junior recruiters
Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
Agency and/or Corporate experience preferred, not mandatory
High comfort level with a fast-paced work environment is a must

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
