The Senior Coordinator works closely with Leadership and other Talent Acquisition Coordinators in all aspects of the onboarding process. Responsible for establishing strong internal and external candidate development the Senior Coordinator will audit all pre-employment documents to ensure accurate and effective onboarding of new hires. Additionally, you will work with Leadership to evaluate open requisitions to assist in setting team priorities.     What You’ll Do:

    • Work with Talent Acquisition team to ensure all fields are populated accurately and correctly to achieve full utilization of tracking system to measure all key Talent Acquisition metrics
    • Audit pre-employment and onboarding documents
    • Ensure system data integrity by auditing candidate onboarding information within the ATS
    • Frequent interaction with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team to participate in the development of strategic methods and offer feedback on efficiencies and customer service
    • Provide key operational support to all levels of the Talent Acquisition team to aid in the execution of successful onboarding within the provided project timeline.
    • Assist with open requisitions as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
    • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail

    Position Summary

     

    The Sr Coordinator Talent Acquisition works closely with Leadership and Talent Acquisitions Coordinators in all aspects of the recruiting process and execution of talent acquisition strategy and processes.  Ensures strategic alignment of talent acquisition to meet the business needs and will also establish a strong internal and external candidate development and effective on-boarding of new hires. Ensures full utilization of Virtual Edge; the company’s applicant tracking system.  Works with Leadership to evaluate case load of open requisitions and assists with setting team priorities.

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Applicant Tracking System & Onboarding Support

    • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all fields are populated accurately and correctly to achieve full utilization of tracking system to measure all key Talent Acquisition metrics
    • Audit pre-employment and on-boarding documents
    • Ensure system data integrity by auditing onboarding information entered into Applicant Tracking system
    • Maintain and ensure compliance of all I-9 forms
    • Prepare reports utilizing Applicant Tracking system, other in-house systems, and MS Excel

    Team Support

    • Frequent interaction with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team to participate in the development of strategic methods and offer feedback on efficiencies and customer service
    • Provide key operational support to all levels of the Talent Acquisition team to aid in the execution of successful on-boarding within the provided project timeline
    • Research employment laws, provide reporting, create presentations, provide training, and other strategic initiatives based on business needs
    • May be assigned to assist with open requisitions, as needed
    • Follow onboarding guidelines and deadlines

    Candidate Support

    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure accuracy of data fields to assist the candidate through the on-boarding process

    Candidate/Client Development

    • Partner with Leadership to strategize, reach, and obtain business goals
    • Monitor the effectiveness of relationships between hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team; at all levels
    • Responsible for  maintaining a high level of confidentiality

    Special Projects

    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

                               

    Field of Study/Area of Experience:  

    • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus
